At Heavenly Balloon Bar, we are committed to creating beautiful, high-quality balloon décor while providing exceptional customer service. By booking with Heavenly Balloon Bar, submitting payment, or accepting delivery and/or installation of our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following policies.

Balloon Releases & Helium Policy

Heavenly Balloon Bar does not provide or participate in intentional balloon releases.

In accordance with Florida law and our commitment to environmental responsibility, helium-filled balloons are not provided for outdoor balloon releases or outdoor events where they are likely to be released into the environment.

Outdoor Installations & Weather Disclaimer

Balloon décor is designed to be temporary and is subject to environmental conditions beyond our control. While we use premium-quality materials and professional installation techniques, outdoor installations are performed at the client's own risk.

Outdoor conditions that may affect balloon décor include, but are not limited to:

• Direct sunlight

• High temperatures

• Wind

• Rain

• Humidity

• Sudden weather changes

• Trees, landscaping, and rough surfaces

• Wildlife, insects, and animals

Please note:

• Temperatures above approximately 80°F may cause balloons to expand and pop.

• Clear balloons and confetti balloons may become cloudy due to humidity.

• Dark-colored balloons absorb more heat and may deteriorate faster in direct sunlight.

• We strongly recommend placing balloon décor in shaded or covered areas whenever possible.

Once décor has been delivered or installed, Heavenly Balloon Bar is not responsible for damage, deterioration, or loss caused by weather, sunlight, wind, temperature, humidity, acts of nature, venue conditions, children, guests, pets, sharp objects, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Outdoor balloon installations are not guaranteed to last for any specific length of time.

Balloon Longevity

Balloon décor is temporary by nature. The lifespan of balloons varies depending on environmental conditions, balloon type, color selection, handling, and location.

Because these variables cannot be controlled after delivery or installation, Heavenly Balloon Bar does not guarantee balloon longevity once the installation has been completed.

Delivery & Installation

Please ensure the event space is accessible and ready upon our arrival.

Delays caused by unavailable venues, restricted access, incomplete setup areas, or waiting for client or venue representatives may result in additional labor charges.

Heavenly Balloon Bar reserves the right to modify installation methods when necessary to ensure safety or accommodate venue restrictions.

Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate event information.

• Ensuring access to the venue at the scheduled installation time.

• Obtaining any venue approvals or permissions required for décor installation.

• Informing Heavenly Balloon Bar of any venue restrictions before the event date.

Heavenly Balloon Bar is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from inaccurate information or venue restrictions that were not disclosed prior to installation.

Rental Items

Backdrops, stands, frames, marquees, signs, props, and other rental items remain the property of Heavenly Balloon Bar unless otherwise stated.

The client assumes responsibility for all rental items from the time of delivery until pickup.

Charges may apply for:

• Damage

• Scratches

• Breakage

• Missing items

• Excessive dirt or staining

• Theft

• Loss

Replacement or repair costs will be invoiced if rental items are returned in damaged or unusable condition.

Additional Products & Services

Any additional décor, balloons, rentals, or services requested during installation or after the original invoice has been issued will be billed separately.

Payment for additional items is due within 24 hours of invoice issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Policy

A booking is not confirmed until the required payment has been received.

Once payment has been made:

• Your event date is reserved.

• Materials are purchased or allocated.

• Production time is scheduled specifically for your event.

Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation of services.

Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

All payments made to Heavenly Balloon Bar are non-refundable.

Because each event requires advance planning, customized materials, labor scheduling, and reserved calendar space, refunds will not be issued for cancellations, client schedule changes, venue changes, weather, or unused décor.

Rescheduling requests may be considered based on availability and at Heavenly Balloon Bar's sole discretion. Additional fees may apply.

No refunds or credits will be issued once décor has been delivered, installed, or picked up.

Force Majeure

Heavenly Balloon Bar shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Power outages

• Road closures

• Accidents

• Illness

• Labor shortages

• Venue closures

• Other unforeseen events

If such circumstances occur, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services when possible.

Latex Allergy Disclaimer

Our balloon products are manufactured from natural latex.

Individuals with latex allergies should exercise appropriate caution.

By purchasing our products, the client accepts responsibility for informing guests of potential latex exposure. Heavenly Balloon Bar is not responsible for allergic reactions or related medical issues arising from contact with latex balloons.

Photography & Marketing

Unless otherwise requested in writing before your event, Heavenly Balloon Bar reserves the right to photograph completed installations and use those images for advertising, marketing, social media, website content, competitions, and promotional materials.

We will make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing identifiable images of guests whenever possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heavenly Balloon Bar's liability for any claim arising from the purchase, delivery, installation, or use of our products or services shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the affected order.

Heavenly Balloon Bar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, emotional distress, event disruption, or other related losses.

Acceptance of Policies

By submitting payment, approving an invoice, signing a contract, or accepting delivery or installation of our products or services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Policies & Disclaimers.

Licensing & Insurance

Heavenly Balloon Bar is a licensed business operating in the State of Florida.

A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available upon request for venues or clients requiring proof of insurance coverage.
