Policies & Disclaimer

Due to the Bill recently passed by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, we will not

participate in any balloon releases, therefore we will not supply helium to any

event that is outdoors.

Most of our products don’t experience problems but we want to make sure we inform you how to best maintain your balloons outdoors, as heat, direct sunlight and wind are not ideal!

***Direct Sunlight/Heat***: We recommend placing the balloons in shaded areas, as direct sunlight for short periods of time can cause balloons to expand beyond their limits and pop. We don’t recommend they stay outside in direct sunlight for more than 30 minutes if the weather is over 80 degrees or with no cloud coverage. If left outside, clear confetti balloons can turn cloudy due to humidity. Darker balloon colors soak up the heat more, so you may want to consider lighter colors.

We are not liable for other causes of damage to

the balloons after setup; like, uncontrollable weather, children, or any sharp objects.

If anything extra is requested and added at the time of set up, you will be sent an invoice for any additional decor, and must be paid within 24 hours of the event date.

If backdrops/other rentals are returned broken, scratched or damaged by any means, an additional invoice will be sent out to cover the cost of the product.

If the invoice has been paid, no refund is available, due to cost of materials and booking a spot on our calendar, materials are ordered right after invoice is deposited.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

We are Licensed in the state of Florida and can provide a COI to our clients.
